IT Operations

Find, track, and manage every device in the venue — in one operating view.

Find every device on your network, then keep track of all of it in one place. BirdBrain detects the POS terminals, printers, switches, cameras, and displays already running at your venue, then tracks warranties, logs repairs, and pulls up any device by QR, so nothing lives on a spreadsheet and a shared password doc.

IT Overview Dashboard

Why it matters

Detect, track, and manage every device across the venue.

Most venue equipment lives in a spreadsheet nobody updates and a password doc everyone shares. BirdBrain finds what is actually on your network, builds the inventory for you, and keeps warranties, repairs, and vendor contacts in one operating view — not a generic IT ticketing tool. The registry, warranty alerts, and QR lookup are live today; network discovery, the password vault, vendor directory, and step-by-step guides are rolling out.

Who it's for

Built for GMs, IT leads, and multi-location operators who manage venue hardware, passwords, and vendors without a dedicated IT department or a separate asset tool.

01

Detect and manage every device — built for a venue stack, not generic IT

BirdBrain finds the equipment already running on your network, so your inventory builds itself instead of being typed in by hand. It covers the whole room, from POS terminals and printers to switches, cameras, and lighting, and tags each device by where it lives so staff can find the box that broke. The registry is live and ready today.

Your inventory builds itself from what's live on the network

Every kind of venue gear, from POS to cameras to lighting

Tagged by location so staff find the broken device fast

02

Warranty alerts and maintenance history without the chase

Stop chasing warranty dates and repair history across notebooks and inboxes. BirdBrain flags every device whose warranty is expiring or expired, and keeps a full repair log on each one, so you always know what's covered and what's been done.

Warranty alerts before coverage lapses, flagged by urgency

A full repair history on every device

A running feed of what changed across your venues

03

QR lookup that gets staff to the right record fast

Stick a QR code on a switch, printer, or camera and any iPad becomes a lookup tool. Scan it and the full record opens instantly, so a manager standing in front of a dead printer pulls up its warranty and vendor contact in seconds. It's live and reachable today.

04

Rolling out: credentials, vendors, runbooks, and network discovery

More is on the way, rolling out behind role-based access so the story stays honest about what you can tap today. A secure vault keeps passwords behind a biometric check, a vendor directory tracks contracts and support contacts, and step-by-step runbooks walk staff through fixes even when the network is down.

Built for real venues

Not a roadmap. Live in real venues today.

Detects the gear already on your network, with no extra agent or laptop required

One registry for every kind of venue device, tagged by where it lives

Warranty alerts before coverage lapses, plus a full repair log on every device

Scan a QR code to pull up any device's full record in seconds

A password vault unlocked only by Face ID or Touch ID, never a shared doc

Why it beats the point tools

Standalone asset trackers and password managers assume a dedicated IT team and live nowhere near the floor. BirdBrain folds hardware, warranties, vendors, and credentials into the same iPad where you already run events, service, and finance, so a GM can sort out a dead POS terminal mid-service without a laptop or a call to IT. Passwords stay behind a biometric check instead of in a shared doc, and runbooks work offline, so they're there even when the network is the thing that's down.

Where it fits your plan

Part of the Pro operational stack ($149/mo, up to 3 locations) and standardized across venues on Enterprise. It suits operators who want one system of record for hardware and credentials per location, which maps cleanly to Pro's footprint and Enterprise's unlimited rollout.
